Trade Names and Stores Add

Stoqflow makes it easy to send products from multiple trade names that are sold through multiple stores.

Choose in the navigation on the left for 'Stores' to add one or more trade names and stores within your company.

!> Note Creating a new company as a user is not possible. To add a new company, please contact Stoqflow (3PL license holders can do this of course).

Trade Names

When you want to create an additional trade name, you can enter the name of the brand in the text field 'add trade name'. You can delete a trade name by clicking on the trash icon ().

Stores

To be able to add orders for your products, you must create one or more sales points. This is done by clicking on the 'plus' icon under the trade name. Then enter the store name and type. There are 3 types of stores available: physical store, online store and online marketplace (e.g. bol.com). How to connect an online store or online marketplace to Stoqflow can be found in our documentation. A sales point can be edited by clicking on the pencil and deleted by clicking on the trash icon.

An example of the structure of a company that sells different products through various trade names and stores could look like this:

• Company: My First Company
  • Trade Name: CarCenter
  • Store: My Car (online store)
  • Store: My Car – Bol.com (online marketplace)
  • Store: My Car – Workplace (physical store)
  • Trade Name: DroneCenter
  • Store: drone-kopen.be (online store)
  • Trade Name: HealthyFood
  • Store: myhealthyfood.com (online store)

In the above example, we have one company with three trade names and a total of five sales channels.
