Linking to a bol.com account
Before linking to a bol.com partner account, you must check and if necessary edit all data in the partner account:
- Provide each product on bol.com with an internal reference (SKU). Products are synchronized based on the internal reference, i.e. the internal reference on bol.com becomes the SKU in Stoqflow.
- Check and/or correct the inventory levels.
- If you have made changes to data, wait about an hour before proceeding further. Changes you've made are not immediately available via the API.
- Do you already have products in Stoqflow? Make sure each product has a EAN code.
As soon as all data is correctly filled in, you can link your bol.com partner account to Stoqflow. For this, you need an 'API key'.
Create API key
The API connection ensures that Stoqflow can communicate with your bol.com partner account. Think of retrieving orders, product information and updating order statusses. To establish the API connection, follow these steps:
- Log in to your bol.com partner account
- Navigate 'Settings' => 'Services' => 'API Settings'
- Fill in the following fields:
Name: Stoqflow
Email address: support@stoqflow.com - Click on 'Save'
- Click on 'Create' at Client credentials
- A popup will appear where you can fill in the name of the new API user, fill in 'Stoqflow' and click on 'Yes, add'
- You now have an API key
- Open Stoqflow in a new tab or window
- Navigate to 'Shops' and add a new shop
- Give the shop a name and choose 'Online marketplace', then choose 'Bol.com'
- Fill in the two generated keys under 'API configuration':
Key: the 'Client ID' in bol.com
Secret: you get the 'Secret' by clicking on 'Show secret' in bol.com - Click on 'Save'

Transfer platform data
Is your bol.com partner account linked to Stoqflow? You can then import products and outstanding sales orders. To do this, go again to 'Shops' and click on the connected shop. Scroll down to 'Transfer platform data'. By clicking on 'Products' and 'Sales Orders', you will transfer data from bol.com to Stoqflow.

Notes
- There is a small delay in synchronizing orders from bol.com to Stoqflow. Allow about half an hour.
- When a sales order is completely marked as such in Stoqflow, the Track & Trace is passed on to bol.com and the sales order is processed by bol.com.
- When an order is canceled in Stoqflow, this also occurs in bol.com and vice versa.
- When an order is deleted from Stoqflow, the order is not updated in bol.com.
- If an order must be cancelled via Stoqflow, do not cancel it, but delete it from Stoqflow instead.
- When a bol.com order was split in Stoqflow, the bol.com order is only updated when all related orders in Stoqflow have been processed (= have status 'complete' or 'canceled').
