Search for Products

Via the 'products' menu, you can view all products created in Stoqflow. Are you looking for a specific product or all products from a particular supplier? You can then apply filters or search using the search bar.

?> Tip As long as you continue to navigate within the 'products' menu, the applied filter will remain active. To remove a filter (reset), you can use the cross icon next to the search field.

Filter

To apply a filter, click on 'Filters' at the top. You can then set multiple filters. You can choose to display results that meet your criteria or exclude them. To exclude results, simply click on the "=" sign. For example, you can view an overview of all products from a linked webshop, excluding products from a specific supplier.

Possible filters:

  • Company
  • Trade name
  • Supplier
  • Food, groceries, and other
  • Product type
  • Inventory type
  • Inventory status
  • Reservation status
  • ABC Analysis

Product Filters

Search Bar

Are you looking for a specific product or all products expiring on a certain date? You can use the search bar to filter the product list.

The following filters are available:

  • SKU: (a portion of) the product's SKU
  • Name: (a portion of) the product's name
  • Barcode: one of the product's barcodes
  • Batch number: 'batch:…' - for example, 'batch:12345'
  • Expiration date: 'expires:…' - for example, 'expires:01/01/2021' or 'expires:01/01/2021-31/01/2021'

?> Tip You can combine filters and searching using the search bar. For example, you can search for all purchase orders from a specific supplier and also the SKU 'APPLE'.
